Fluid Dispensing 

The "Sharpshooter" Lubricating System

What it can do:
     -the SHARPSHOOTER can send a drop of fluid up to 1 m with pinpoint accuracy
     -the drop of fluid is fixed in volume but can be selected from 5ml to 100ml
     -up to 8 dispensers can be tied to 1 SHARPSHOOTER tank

When you need it:
     -when lubrication is needed in hard to reach assemblies
     -when only a single drop or two is needed
     -when the fluid being dispensed is expensive and cannot be wasted
     -when the environment cannot tolerate mist in the air
     -when the environment cannot tolerate a mess on the surroundings
     -when it is too expensive to move the lubrication in and out to the part

How it works:
     -the pneumatic operating pressure is 4-8 bar.
     -dispensing is actuated by a standard 3/2 solenoid.
     -the fluid is pressurized through a pressure amplifier to approximately 50 bar.
     -when a pressure pulse is applied, the fluid is released by the dispensing valves.
     -the dispensing nozzles are available in various sizes from 5ml to 100ml.
     -the quantity that is dispensed is fixed by the nozzle size
     -up to 8 dispensing points can be produced through the use of the 4 port and 2
      port distributors 
     -NOTE – increasing viscosity and cycle frequency will decrease the reach which
      can be up to 1m.

For those really hard to reach places…
When the target point is really difficult to access we are up to the challenge – with our PU hose extension. The maximum extension is up to 2m and the outside diameter is a mere Ø 4 mm. With this extension you can put the dispenser right where you need it even if it is around a corner or in a very tight space e.g. engine blocks, assembly systems…Just cut the supplied PU hose to length and fill it with the fluid using the enclosed cartridge. Attach the hose end with the M3 fitting included with the extension.
