Pneumatic Linear Rail Slides Models  

New Hyde Park, NY -- 3 new series of Pneumatic Linear Rail Slides from Techno-Sommer, Inc. called the LS, LSF, and LSX Series feature compact design, high load capacity steel linear rails, and convenient mounting options. The LSX series of slides features 2 rails (9mm or 15mm) mounted on perpendicular planes to maximize the load and moment capacity. All slides feature built in stroke adjustment screws for fine adjustment of end positions. There are also slots for Hall Effect sensors on both ends of travel to easily sense the position via magnets built into the piston. The main air ports are on the side of the unit and a set of alternate ports are provided on the end of the unit to increase the mounting flexibility. Sets of unique adapter plates are also available for the slides to provide multiple axis slide combinations. The LSX and LSF series have built in mounts for optional shock absorbers for smooth deceleration at the end stops. There are 3 different cylinder diameters available providing extension forces of up to 750N and up to  200mm of stroke.
